Hansel and Gretel are two little children, brother and sister, whom their father and stepmother, driven by the poverty they live in, decide to abandon in the depths of the forest.

Their cleverness, courage, and trust help the two fight, defeat the witch, and find their way back home.
The adventures the characters go through are incredibly captivating, especially since some of the scenes are performed in the hall, right in the middle of the audience. The show is a harmonious blend of theater, music, and many, many comical situations. It is even more fascinating because lights and special effects ("blacklight" - fluorescent decor pieces) are used to create an impressive and extremely... real atmosphere.
The play "Hansel and Gretel" is an adaptation of the famous story of the same name written by the Brothers Grimm.
