Terms and Conditions

1  In case of rescheduling of the event, the purchased access ticket may be used for the new date, the buyer benefiting from all the rights conferred by the access ticket on the date of rescheduling the event.

2   In case of cancellation of the event or in case of impossibility of using the access ticket on the rescheduled date of the event, the participant will receive the value of the purchased tickets.

3   We cannot accept ticket return requests if these requests are received in the last 48 hours before the event. Any return request must be made in writing to office@ticketstore.ro at least 48 hours before the event time.

4  By purchasing this ticket/tickets, the buyer agrees to accept and comply with the official regulations of the event, as well as the following provisions:

OUT OF RESPECT FOR THE ARTISTS, PLEASE RESPECT THE STARTING TIME OF THE PERFORMANCE! ACCESS AFTER THIS TIME IS PROHIBITED!

PERSONS WHO BENEFIT FROM TICKET DISCOUNTS (PENSIONERS, PUPILS, STUDENTS) ARE REQUIRED TO PRESENT PROOF DOCUMENTS TO ACCOMPANY THE TICKET!

5   The ticket loses its validity after the buyers/spectators leave the perimeter of the event.

6   Tickets are marked with the mention of the 1% Red Cross tax, a legal obligation to pay for all event organizers

7   The ticket may lose its validity after the start of the show if the organizer specifies so

8  Failure to comply with the regulations or using the ticket for purposes other than those provided may result in the cancellation of the ticket/tickets, and may prohibit the ticket holder from accessing the event.

9   Tickets that were not purchased through www.TicketStore.ro will not be accepted for return.

10  Tickets that are not purchased through www.ticketstore.ro but bear the insignia of our site will be cancelled and spectators who present them at the entrance will be reported to the competent authorities.

11  In the event of a cancellation, postponement, or change in the schedule of an event, the amounts resulting from additional costs (transport, hotel, courier, bank fees, ticket processing fees, etc.) will not be covered. The value of the tickets will be returned by www.Ticketstore.ro only if the amounts collected was not already been paid to the organizer. If transfers are made to the organizer, the return of the tickets is the responsibility of the organizer of the event listed on the purchased tickets. The amount returned will be the amount listed on the tickets.

12  The introduction and/or use of blunt or sharp objects, bottles, mugs, sticks, weapons, fireworks or other objects listed in the internal rules of the location are strictly prohibited.

13 TicketStore.ro reserves the right to cancel an order and return the order payment in the event of unforeseen situations, independent of TicketStore.ro, which result in the impossibility of using the purchased tickets. The return of the order payment will be notified by at least one of the following methods - e-mail, SMS or phone call.

14 By subscribing to the Newsletter, you express your agreement to be included in our website's database, agreeing to receive from www.TicketStore.ro the newsletter with the events whose tickets are on sale through www.TicketStore.ro; www.TicketStore.ro assumes no responsibility in any way or for the content of the sites that have links on www.TicketStore.ro, or that have any other type of connection (e.g. sponsors, partners) with our website.

15  If you have a certificate attesting that you are a person with disabilities and you wish to benefit from free admission, please contact the organizer directly either on his Facebook page or on the Facebook event. You can also find the organizing company's details on the event page at the bottom of the show description. www.Ticketstore.ro is only a ticket sales agency, not being authorized by the organizers to issue other types of passes/ids/freebies.

16  www.TicketStore.ro recommends using electronic tickets (eTicket) to eliminate waiting times for tickets and in accordance with environmental protection regulations (paper waste, pollution resulting from the delivery process, waste of resources).

17 For orders via cash on delivery - The cost of shipping an order is 23.63 lei. Areas outside the Courier coverage area are considered additional kilometers and are charged additionally.

18 TicketStore.ro reserves the right to refuse delivery and to warn the customer if the delivery fees exceed the amounts mentioned above or if the phone call to confirm the order is not answered.

19 The tikets in order to be sent by courier, a minimum of 5 working days is required until the date of the event take place.

20 IF THE DELIVERED THROUGH COURIER HAVE BEEN MADE WITHOUT RECEIPT BY THE RECIPIENT, SUBSEQUENT ORDERS WITH DELIVERY BY COURIER WILL BE CANCELLED WITHOUT NOTIFICATION.

21 Please open the envelope in the presence of the courier. Otherwise, any subsequent complaint will not be taken into account.

22 Refusal to receive tickets or cancellation of a placed and confirmed order implies payment of the equivalent of the courier fees, round trip. In accordance with the provisions of OG 130/2000, in case of renunciation of purchases, the transport costs will be borne by the customer.

23  SHARING INFORMATION WITH THIRD PARTIES

SMART TICKETING & LOGISTICS SRL may use the services of advertising companies to establish advertising targets, retargeting, lookalike and support advertising campaigns and other messages specific to the marketing activity. For this, these companies may collect anonymous data through cookies. To the extent that this will happen, SMART TICKETING & LOGISTICS SRL will include in its privacy agreement links to the privacy agreements of the partner advertising networks.

If there are any differences between the English version and the Romanian version of these terms and conditions, the Romanian version will prevail.
