The fees for these operations are supported by the TicketStore.ro customer. Please specify the name and order number paid on the copy of the payment document. The order number is found in the "Place your order TicketStore.ro" e-mail automatically received for each valid order.
3. Payment by card
Payments made with the card are handled via Netopia Payments or the EuPlatesc.ro secure platforms. After placing the order, you will be redirected to payment platforms where you will enter your phone number, e-mail and card data. These transactions can only be honored by cardholders with 3DSecure system. If you wish to find additional information about 3DSecure system, please contact your card issuing bank.
Also you have the posibility to pay with Apple Pay and Google Pay.
4. Payment on delivery
The cost for tickets and shipping fees will be paid by the customer at delivery via courier.
Standard delivery cost is 23,63 RON.
The rates for delivery of courier tickets are valid for most cities in Romania. If the city or location is not in the Fan Curier delivery list, the customer will pay extra mileage when the order is delivered. Also, changes or redirects to other delivery addresses are additionally charged and will also be paid by the customer.
