Any marriage can be saved, but it always takes... three and a special recipe for success. Take one unhappy wife, one undecided husband, and a nonconformist psychologist.

The husband is cleaned of his mother, chopped finely, seasoned, dusted, but especially kept well under the wife's thumb. The wife is gently handled, kneaded well, proofed, and tenderized until she acquires a docile consistency.

Take the marriage, stretch it to the limit, season with an affair or two, according to taste, adjust, test the limits well, heat, cool, and bring to a constant temperature. Put it in the oven, keeping it for at least eight years. With the help of a psychotherapist, it either binds or unbinds.
