A brief about the play! The butler, the minister, and the mistress. A very often encountered love triangle in Romania of the '30s... Any resemblance to today's reality is, evidently, not coincidental! Actors Adriana Trandafir, Gabriel Fătu, Ion Ionuț Ciocia, Alexandra Apetrei / Maria Claudia Vasile, Vlad Corbeanu, and Mihai Munteniță bring this wonderful play to life: deceivers deceived... liars lied to... tangled tangles... in a word, a brilliant comedy, played at a brisk pace. Dramatic moments are not lacking either, where plans, sewn with far too thin thread, lead to the downfall of all relations in the house of Minister Iorgu Vasiliu. With crazy decisions motivated by blind love, with suspense driven by threats of death, and with a police Inspector who intervenes at the right moment to try to untangle a mystery, all that's needed is a Fool, for "Our Mistress from the Ministry" to also become a Detective Comedy.
