Romania is the only country in the universe that descends from a satirical play. I don’t even know if for this we should love or hate Caragiale. He put the mirror in front of us too much and shows us too much how mediocre, stupid, pompous, and merry we are when we do politics, elections, and pretend to be patriots.  

An unrepeatable, inspired, and savory show about laughter, profound Romania, Romania’s stupidity, politics, and comedy as they are in Romania from Nicolae Ceaușescu to Klaus Iohannis.  

The interactive show in the unmistakable DIVERTIS style, proposed by Toni Grecu, Doru Antonesi, Valentin Darie, and Ioan T. Morar, three Divertis and one Cațavenc, is exactly what we need to be happy, so we don’t stay sad in the year of grace 2024.
