Friends at Daggers

"Friends at Daggers" is a contemporary comedy about two wealthy, dysfunctional couples, blinded by their own pride, fears, and expectations.

On one side, the famous psychoanalyst Phyllis discovers that her husband Sam, the celebrity lawyer, not only divorces her but has cheated on her with almost every woman she knows - including her patients, her best friend, and the one-legged neighbor from the apartment below. Meanwhile, their friends Carol and Howard are engulfed in their own emotional trauma. Carol believes Sam is leaving Phyllis for her, and Howard is having a manic-depressive episode caused by placing his elderly father in a second-rate senior home and the thought that his wife no longer truly loves him.

There is drinking, smoking, and finger-pointing. Infidelities and insecurities surface, marriages and friendships are shattered. No one is safe, not even the furniture.
