For Pierre and Clotilde Lecour, a couple of intellectual Parisians, friends, especially those you've had for a long time, are not what they used to be. Life changes you and everyone evolves in their own way. They realize they spend too much time, evenings, vacations, with friends with whom they no longer have anything in common.

And since an interesting trend called the "farewell dinner" has appeared in the city, created especially for this delicate situation by some "enlightened" minds, they decide to organize such an event themselves for the friends they want to get rid of.

In short, at a farewell dinner you overwhelm the guests with gifts, fine foods, old wines, usually even from the years they were born, you stir their most beautiful memories from the good times spent together, so that afterwards you have no remorse for not answering their calls anymore.

However, choosing their oldest friend, Antoine Royer, for this ridiculous ritual, they do not realize that things can go completely wrong. A pleasant evening with friends is about to turn into a domestic catastrophe of planetary proportions and irresistible comedy.

In the well-known style of authors Alexandre de la Patellière and Matthieu Delaporte, who delighted us with the witty comedy "The Name", our characters must face a series of devastating revelations and at least delicate disclosures that their friendship has kept well hidden until today. The result is expected. A stream of good humor and laughter, about what true friendship really means and how to get rid of them.
