The Illusion of Islands is a post-postmodern multimedia experience, featuring live music and lo-fi video design, which attempts to sensorially summarize everything the team (and probably the audience) has experienced in the last months of 2024 and the first months of 2025. It is the story of a world that has fragmented into incompatible pieces. It is the story of a terrifyingly long journey back to what you used to call home, the story of friendships that have unraveled, of families that remain families only on paper, the story of fathers who never know what to say or the only opinions that can save us. It shows how our lives look and sound in moments when we feel that no one sees us and no one hears us.
