What can happen to us on a beautiful summer day, but not only then?
We will find ourselves in a world where existential questions meet the transformative power of human connection, a theatrical production that challenges and blends the genius of works written by two renowned playwrights, Sławomir Mrożek and Samuel Beckett. By the seaside, amidst the gentle breeze and golden hues of a beautiful summer day, offering the audience a unique exploration of life, despair, and unexpected hope.
We meet two men, immersed in existential uncertainty, who find themselves at a crossroads. Two clowns – essentially some ancestral tragic heroes, living their rest of life from the past through the present towards a future – still waiting for a Godot – God, even in an abandoned circus arena, a Gogot – a saving God, with eternally valid hope. Disillusioned by life and contemplating the ultimate escape, they are ready to surrender to the depths of despair. However, fate has other plans. A mysterious Lady enters their lives, bringing with her the potential for profound change. An eternal feminine God named… Life! And since Life is a Gift to us – and still a divine one – we must (or should) receive it as such; with joy, if we want Death not to reclaim its status as new life.
A show about the will to be, to live, to succeed… WE SUCCEED!
