THE HARMONIES OF LOVE IN THE MASTERPIECES OF THE GREAT COMPOSERS: FROM MOZART TO ROSSINI AND DONIZETTI AND FROM VERDI TO PUCCINI, TCHAIKOVSKY AND UP TO ENNIO MORRICONE
An evening in which music, dance and voices tell the most beautiful story in the world: LOVE.
We invite you to a grandiose show in which the Orchestra di Teatro d’Opera Italiana, Orchestra Opera Vox, Opera Vox Ballet and Choir, together with conductor and violinist Bogdan Costache, intertwine in a unique artistic experience.
From the eternal elegance of Mozart, to the joy of Rossini and Donizetti's music, to the romantic love taken to sacrifice in Verdi's operas, continuing with the romantic heroes from Tchaikovsky's ballet: Romeo and Juliet, you will listen to and see the most famous musical pages dedicated to love.
On stage, the music comes to life, the dance steps become emotion, and the voices of the choir and soloists bring depth to every moment.
FROM JOHANN STRAUSS TO BOGDAN COSTACHE OR ABOUT THE VIENNESE MODEL OF CONDUCTING WITH A VIOLIN IN HAND
The musical direction of the show will be provided by the young conductor and violin soloist Bogdan Costache, one of the most talented orchestra conductors of the young generation, born in Romania.
The presence of Bogdan Costache in the show Symphony of Love is due to you, the audience, who love him so much and want to see him as often as possible on the stages of Romania.
Thus, the show will be an interactive one, conducted "with the violin in hand" after the model of Johann Strauss or André Rieu.
Bogdan will surprise you with many famous songs dedicated to love, many of them in their national premiere. Also present will be the songs of Romanian composers dedicated to love.
The show will be completed by the Vox Opera Choir and Ballet, the direction and choreography being signed by Vlad Sebastian, a name with resonance in the musical theaters in the country and abroad.
TALENTED YOUNG ROMANIANS AT THE BEGINNING OF THEIR JOURNEY
Promoting the new generation of Romanian musicians is an essential part of our mission. Year after year, we bring to the public young artists, at the beginning of their careers, but already appreciated and awarded at musical competitions in the country and abroad.
This year, we invite you to discover the talent of guitarist Gabriel Popescu, who will take the stage alongside his professor and mentor, Mădălin Antonesei.
