    The "Christ is Born, Glorify Him" Christmas Carol Concert, by the "Kinonia" Choir of the Severin and Strehaia Episcopate. The concert will take place in the Great Hall of the "Teodor Costescu" Culture Palace, in Drobeta-Turnu Severin, on Friday, December 19, 2025, starting at 6:30 PM, and will bring to the Severin public the carols of the "Kinonia" Choir, which will have as a special guest this year the beloved interpreter of Mehedinți songs from Plaiul Cloșani, Liliana Buncianu. Alongside them will also sing Ziana Bîrdeanu, Ana-Maria Rafa and the "Ucenicii Sfântului Nicodim" Children's Choir, of the Episcopal Cathedral in Drobeta-Turnu Severin. The concert, as usual, is a charity event, the funds raised being directed towards the "Be Santa Claus at Christmas" Campaign, run by the "Anastasia" Association, in partnership with the Severin and Strehaia Episcopate and the "Filantropia Severin" Association. Tickets can be purchased online, from ticketstore.ro, or physically, from the Ticket Agency of the Culture Palace in Drobeta-Turnu Severin.
