Oxana (a "modern" young woman to her fingertips, pretty, slightly naive, but extremely determined) proposes to Elena Vladimirovna (a professional wife, past her first youth, but intelligent, with "look" and initiated in the ways of life) a deal as indecent as it is unique: a sale-purchase contract of her much-desired husband for the tempting sum of "twenty thousand".
