"The Musical Box - Strică-Tot and the Enchanted Colors" is a super-educational show for children, but also for parents, about how "you are not good enough", "look what other children are doing" and education based on criticism that negatively affects the little ones and lowers their self-esteem.
The show brings to the audience the much-loved characters from "The Musical Box - The Adventures of the Enchanted Hat" and is a continuation of the story that has fascinated and delighted generations of children. It is a show for the whole family, a story that continues in the same note of joy as the previous shows, with music and dance, but also with educational messages for both children and parents, metaphorically dressed and discovered in the dialogues between the characters.
"The way we address our children is extremely important for their development. Without realizing it, the way we draw their attention to something they (maybe) haven't done well has a profound impact on their self-esteem. Words of encouragement and support are worth a lot to the little ones, especially when they are in the formative stage. The show has a profound message that gradually takes shape: children behave exactly as they are treated by their parents," declared Liliana Ștefan, screenwriter. "The Musical Box - Mess-It-All and the Enchanted Colors" brings the famous and feared wizard "Mess-It-All" on stage, alongside the funny characters Cochețica, Rufus, the Mouse, the Frog and the Little Mouse. The wizard "Mess-It-All" represents that child who, due to lack of affection and attention, comes to identify with the messages he has frequently heard around him: you are bad, you are not good, you don't do anything well, etc.
"The Musical Box – Break-It-All and the Enchanted Colors" is a show in which we draw parents' attention to the importance of how they address their children, to the negative impact that an education based on criticism and lack of empathy towards the little ones can have. "The Enchanted Colors" are the ones that heal him and make Break-It-All discover how it feels when someone trusts him, pays attention to him and, in the end, simply says "I love you". "The Musical Box" is one of the most successful musical projects in Romania dedicated to children and has returned to the public's attention with the first musical show, "The Adventures of the Enchanted Hat", on the stage of the Ambasadorii Musical Theater.
A true phenomenon, the "Musical Box" CD series means over 1,500,000 copies sold, 10 albums, hundreds of children's songs, famous voices of some of the most beloved stars in Romania, such as Mădălina Manole, Horia Brenciu, Loredana, Anca Țurcașiu, Dan Bittman, Silvia Dumitrescu, Sanda Ladoși, Daniela Nane, Mihaela Rădulescu or Andreea Marin, and countless awards that recognize the value and impact on the public. The show is recommended for children aged between 3-10 years. --- "Musical Box - Strică-Tot and the Enchanted Colors" is a production of the Ambasadorii Musical Theater, the only theater for children and youth under the tutelage of the Ministry of Culture.
