Take a very possessive mother of a son (Carmen Tanase), add a timid, obedient son, but with small slips (Marius Manole), sprinkle some matrimonial ads, drip in a gorgeous, single, and desperate woman (Maria Obretin) and you already have a comedy that disarms even the grumpiest spectator. Bonus, after you laugh, and laugh, and laugh, you realize that the story is not cheerful at all, you realize that the story is that of many lonely people around you, or even yours. After which you laugh again, of course, because Lia Bugnar always makes sure to send her spectators home with a big smile on their lips.
