Actors Adriana Trandafir, Gabriel Fătu, Ion Ionuț Ciocia, Alexandra Apetrei / Maria Claudia Vasile, Vlad Corbeanu, and Mihai Munteniță turn this wonderful play into: lied-to liars... deceived deceivers... tangled tangles... in a word, a brilliant comedy, played at a fast pace. Nor are the dramatic moments missing, where plans stitched with too thin a thread lead to the unraveling of all relationships in Minister Iorgu Vasiliu's house. With insane decisions motivated by blind love, with suspense spurred by death threats, and a Police Inspector who intervenes at the right moment to try to solve a mystery, all that's missing is a Madman for "Our Mistress from the Ministry" to become a Detective Comedy as well.
