The Independent Theater Luceafărul stages its second production, the show “Brainstorm”, a unique analysis of how the adolescent brain works, the process through which it develops, and how it determines their behavior. The performance is a universal “journal” of adolescence that captures both the adrenaline, emotions, curiosities, ambitions and fun specific to this age, as well as the insecurities, hesitations, outbursts, and disappointments felt by an adolescent.
In the brain of an adolescent, there are 86 billion neurons forming a series of connections and causing the most effervescent changes in their life. 11 adolescents struggle with the chaos in their minds, the disorder in their bedrooms, and their relationships with their parents. 11 personal experiences are shared with the audience, having one common point: the frustration of not being understood by those around them.
