Guided tour of the Parliament Palace

This is the only guided tour where tourists enter the building through the entrance used by Nicolae Ceaușescu to reach his office – the so-called Cabinet No. 1.
Additionally, this is the only guided tour where you can visit the Plenary Hall where the only atomic clock in Romania is located and you will be very close to the steel cylinder buried by Nicolae Ceaușescu in 1984 under the main staircase at Entrance A1, which contains data and notes regarding the started work.

The standard tour includes the following route:
• The Main Staircase (Entrance A1) - access for tourists;
• The Monumental Staircase;
• The hallway in front of Nicolae Ceaușescu's Cabinet No. 1;
• The Constantin Stere Hall;
• The Avram Iancu Hall;
• The hallway in front of the Constantin Stere and Avram Iancu halls – where paintings of all Senate presidents from the establishment to date are displayed;
• The foyer of the Plenary Hall;
• The Senate Plenary Hall;
• The atomic clock in the Plenary Hall - unique in Romania;
• The spiral staircase down to the ground floor – the largest column in the building 39 m;
• The hallway where the parliamentary groups were located;
• The Main Staircase (Entrance A1) – exit for tourists;
The visiting route may change depending on scheduled events.
The tour lasts approximately 50 minutes.
There is no age limit, but children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Children under 14 do not pay.
Payments can only be made online - card payment, afterwards you will receive an e-Ticket with all the necessary explanations for quick access to the meeting point.
Cancellations may be made free of charge up to 24 hours before the date of the tour.
