AG Weinberger needs no formal introduction. He is one of the few musicians from our country who has transformed blues into a distinct language. Each of his concerts is a declaration of musical independence and a lesson in authenticity. He does not stylize blues; he ennobles it.
On stage, AG is a living legend of blues, an artist for whom the guitar is not just an instrument, but an extension of his being. With a career that has traversed continents, AG not only performs blues, but reimagines it with elegance, depth, and a refinement hard to match. He is a musician of authority, but also with a distinct sensitivity, capable of turning every note into a palpable emotion.
On the other side, Little G. Weevil, originally from Budapest and musically trained in the United States, brings a different intensity. He sings as if reconstructing each piece from memory, from a corner of the world forgotten by time. Sober, yet not distant. Profound, but devoid of emphasis.
Together, on the Godot stage at Bragadiru Palace, the two will outline a musical geography between Bucharest and Budapest, free from sound barriers and fireworks.
