“The Treasures of the Nation” – A Soulful Evening with the Most Beloved Voices of Romanian Folk Music
Tradition, folk costume and authentic Romanian song meet in an exceptional show: "The Treasures of the Nation", a folk music concert dedicated to the values of the Romanian people and lovers of authentic folklore.
The event will take place on March 6 starting at 7:00 PM, at the Palace Hall, and will bring on stage some of the most beloved folk music performers from all areas of the country.
The great artists of Romanian folklore, Angelica Stoican, Mioara Pitulice, Niculina Stoican, Ruxandra Pitulice and Gheorghe Rizea will give their blessing to the younger generation to carry on the treasures of the nation.
Distinguishing herself by far as a flower of Romanian song, keeper of traditions, with real talent, at only 12 years old, with numerous awards won at national folklore competitions, the young Natalia Popescu will shine alongside the great names of folk song.
We are honored to have with us in this musical regal event the very king of the pan flute, maestro Gheorghe Zamfir, and the guests will be accompanied by the Lautarii Orchestra, under the magical baton of maestro Nicolae Botgros.
But the surprises don't stop here. Together with us will also take the stage other big names of Romanian folklore, but we will keep you in suspense a little longer, and we will reveal them at the right moment.
The concert promises an evening full of emotion, in which the audience will be taken through all the historical regions of Romania, through songs of longing and good cheer. The authentic folk costumes, traditional dances and the live orchestra will transform the event into a true celebration of national identity.

The artistic direction is signed by Mrs. Elise Stan and the presenter is the beloved Iuliana Tudor.
