Sibiu Ballet Theatre has the honor of bringing the masterpiece of classical ballet, "The Nutcracker", a magical event of the winter holidays, to the stage of the "Ioan Slavici" Classic Theatre in Arad.

The music of Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky is a masterpiece of the genre, which transformed a fairy tale into an unforgettable musical-choreographic spectacle, loved by audiences of all ages.
The choreographic adaptation is signed by Valentin Barteș, after the original choreography of Lev Ivanov, a choreography that respects tradition, but brings a new breath to the classic story about Clara and her gingerbread prince.
The sumptuous costumes created by Carmen Siminie and the fairytale sets belonging to Alin Gavrilă will transport the audience into a fairytale world, perfect for celebrating the spirit of Christmas.
Under the direction of director Ovidiu Dragoman, the Sibiu Ballet Theatre has prepared an exceptional production, which respects tradition.
