The Romanian-Sanmarinese Cultural Association "Dacia Senza Frontiere", together with our host from
Bucharest, soprano Elina Velica, invites you to step into a musical journey of the Holidays, where
traditional Romanian carols will awaken dear memories and fill souls with the authentic warmth of
Christmas. In this evening full of harmony, our thoughts will gently turn to children
from disadvantaged backgrounds, and, through the generosity of the participants and the collaboration with Kiwanis Romania and
Kiwanis Club San Marino, a part of the proceeds will become a ray of joy and hope for those
small ones.
Being appreciated for the quality of her voice and the expressiveness of her interpretation, soprano Elina Velica is
considered one of the valuable voices of contemporary Romanian opera, being applauded on
the big stages both in the country and beyond borders, her record including awards and distinctions
prestigious will perform alongside her special guest, the versatile soprano Michelle Anghel, from
the Republic of San Marino, with a solid technique and a special sensitivity, Mihaela transforms each
artistic appearance into a profound experience, full of emotion and elegance.
But Mihaela is much more than a voice – she is a generous heart, who has chosen to transform art
into support and hope. Convinced that "𝒗𝒐𝒊𝒄𝒆 𝒊𝒔 𝒂 𝒅𝒊𝒗𝒊𝒏𝒆 𝒈𝒊𝒇𝒕", the artist has actively involved herself in
charitable projects, collaborating with Kiwanis International and UNICEF to support children in
difficulty.
Her concerts, full of passion and spirituality, unite the audience in an embrace of solidarity,
transforming each note into a universal language. Wherever she sings, Mihaela brings light, beauty
and hope. So we invite you on a musical journey of the Holidays "Acasă" (Home), where the carols
traditional Romanian will bring back the emotion of childhood and the authentic warmth of Christmas.
Music will come to life through the Classical Sounds Ensemble, transforming each performance into a
profound and emotional experience, completed by the guests of the evening:

The presenter of the event will be the beloved director and moderator George Grigoriu.
The event is promoted by sopranos Elina Velica and Michelle Anghel, with the support of Mihaela
Anghel – Ambassador of Culture, Solidarity and Humanitarian Diplomacy, President of the Club
Kiwanis San Marino and of the Romanian-Sanmarinese Cultural Association "Dacia Senza Frontiere".
Throughout her career, Mihaela Anghel has demonstrated a remarkable commitment to promoting
high-level cultural, social and humanitarian initiatives, consolidating the image of the Republic of San
Marino on the international stage.
Among her representative moments are:
Official audience at the Vatican (September 28, 2022) – organized and led as
President of the Kiwanis Club San Marino;
Participation of the Republic of San Marino in the Sanremo Festival, for two consecutive years,
through the presence at the Gran Galà della Stampa and Casa Sanremo, promoting cultural friendship and
solidarity between peoples;
"A Cena con Dalí" – Event for UNICEF and Conceptos Plasticos (Vico Equense) – a
evening of art and international charity, broadcast by RAI 3 and San Marino RTV, in support of education
children from the Ivory Coast;
"In Difesa degli Indifesi" – Event of solidarity and cultural diplomacy, which brought together
leading personalities from Italy and San Marino in support of UNICEF projects.
Through these actions, Mihaela Anghel has created bridges between culture, art, solidarity and diplomacy,
becoming a voice of beauty, hope and human unity.
Through this Christmas concert, she aims to continue the same noble mission — promoting
artists and strengthening cultural collaboration between San Marino and Romania, under the aegis of the values
Kiwanis: "Serving to change lives."
