Period. And from the beginning

A modern comedy, currently playing in Paris, which humorously touches upon awkward situations of current society. Carla (Maia Morgenstern) and François (Marius Bodochi) are a couple as atypical as they are classic. Married for 30 years, each has hidden something all this time: Carla her genetic heritage and François his mentality. One day, Carla is forced to affirm who she was and especially what she was before marriage, and François to admit his misogyny, obtuseness, and hypocrisy. From the clash of these two worlds is born a completely unusual comedy in the Romanian theater landscape, fully contagious and surprisingly modern, yet balanced. The classic couple's comedy is amplified here. A truly surprising couple, however, has love as its main ingredient. Love heals everything and changes everything. After difficult conflicts to overcome, situations complicated to accept, a seemingly endless ordeal, in the end, the two will return to their peace after an embrace. Actress Maia Morgenstern delivers a completely unusual performance, bringing a contagious and sunny humor. Carla is a special woman, and Maia Morgenstern creates her with absolute mastery. Actor Marius Bodochi brings such vibrant energy through the role of this seasoned politician who will be shaken by completely uncomfortable truths. With unique skill, Marius Bodochi interprets an exceptional and novel role as the misogynistic François, the mayor of Paris. Actors Răzvan Oprea and Diana Stancu are in unison with two authentic characters different from them, exponents of the new world who color the existing comic situations, each defending their point of view and personal good. Rachon (Răzvan Oprea) is a progressive politician campaigning against François, and Louise (Diana Stancu) is the adoptive daughter of the main couple who sparks an inappropriate situation for the perfect family image built so far.
A comedy show from which couples or lovers will always leave holding hands. "At the end of the day, the only thing that matters between two people is love. The rest are details." - Răzvan Oprea
