Any marriage can be saved, but it always requires... three and a special recipe for success. Take an unhappy wife, an indecisive husband, and a nonconformist psychologist.

The husband is cleaned of his mother, chopped finely, seasoned, powdered, but above all, kept well under the thumb. The wife is handled gently, kneaded well, leavened, and tenderized until she reaches a docile consistency.

The marriage is stretched to the limit, seasoned with one or two affairs to taste, tested well for boundaries, heated up, cooled down, and brought to a constant temperature. It is baked, kept for a minimum of eight years. With the help of a psychotherapist, it either binds or unravels.
