The story is simple: an engineer is quietly growing beans, while his neighbor, a seller of empty bottles, believes he is a colonel in the army and insists loudly that he has been visited by aliens. Ah, but how simple it would be if it were just that... Only the building is large and there are many residents! Among them, we find Vasilescu, who is suspected of stealing a giant watermelon, and the quirky professor who is confused, and with them, anything becomes possible!
