The Independent Theater Luceafărul stages its second production, the show “Brainstorm”, a unique analysis of how the adolescent brain works, the process through which it develops, and how it shapes their behavior. The show is a universal “journal” of an adolescent that captures both the adrenaline, emotions, curiosities, ambitions, and fun specific to the age, as well as the insecurities, reservations, outbursts, and disappointments that an adolescent feels.
In the brain of an adolescent, there are 86 billion neurons that form a series of connections and provoke the most effervescent changes in their life. 11 adolescents struggle with the chaos in their minds, with the mess in their bedrooms, and with their relationship with their parents. 11 personal experiences are shared with the audience, having a single common point: the frustration of not being understood by those around them.
